Need support with a eating disorder over anger and hurt

I think I need to reduce my salt intake and cut back on the snacking ok. if you don't mind I would like to be supported through this health issue and weight loss goals. I have been there for others now I need some support back.

    • Ok. Here are some hints to help. For the reduction in salt: Try Adding other spices and herbs to your food for added flavor other than salt. And check the food labels you are eating for sodium and opt for lower sodium products. Or just try to eat really clean. For snacking try these suggestions..When you feel like a snack, first drink a glass of water. Afterwards rate your hunger. Are you really hungry or snacking because you're bored/depressed/angry..etc.. If you're still hungry then have a healthy snack. Eat something with protein. An apple with some almond butter, carrots and hummus, cucumbers (cut up like chips) and guacamole. plain yogurt and fruit. Even making some healthy soup or drinking broth can help. Something tiny to satisfy. If you are still hungry - change what you're doing. Turn off the tv and go for a walk. Make sure you are eating healthy meals for breakfast and lunch and you won't be hungry in between. Good luck!!
