I think you both go for it and have some fun! Enjoy it while you can! You are young and should do some experimenting (or alot of experimenting)!
Let go of the guilt. You are awfully young and so is your nephew. For that matter, so was your aunt when she had him. Maybe you could talk to a professional counselor. Sounds like you haven't learned how to deal with impulses that are dangerous.
If the ** was good and consensual, don't sweat it. You're both just kids, if you didn't experiment where would Sigmund Freud get his ideas on unresolved childhood trauma.
