I'm ** scared

Everybody is using this too confess sins or deep secrets. I'm using it bc I'm so ** scared to go out, I'm scared every breath may be my last. I'm vulnerable and know almost no self defense. I need a way to calm my fears of kidnappings, abductions and stabbings, I've tried everything...it just gets worse, if you can help me please comment some way to get over it.
