A Ukranian soldier did a horrible act on a Russian prisoner

I don't know why they did this to him but this Ukranian soldier cut a Russian POW's ** off with a box cutter. The poor man knew what was coming and tried to fight but his hands were tied behind his back and the cutter stomped him in his hed knocking him out. He they proceeded to cut the mans ** off.
