Im from the Middle East, not Lebanese though. I've been called exoctic looking and one of a kind a million times. I've been told that I'm very lucky to have ancestors come from a Middle Eastern country a million times. And last, but not least I've been told that knowing a middle eastern language is a lot of Americans dreams... a million times. Oh and us middle easterners are well known for our popular foods! Be very proud from where you come from, cause I couldnt be happier about my background.
Anyone that judges you by some letters on your passport aren't worth listening to anyway. You should be proud to be from somewhere interesting, and embrace your individuality. It's not about where you're from, it's who you are now.

There's nothing wrong with being of Arab descent! Unfortunately,, thanks to Bush's \\"islamo-fascist\\" terminology, stupid americans think that all Arabs and Muslims are bad. If you're american, then you're american--if you happen to be of Arab descent, that doesn't matter.
