Wrong woman?

I'm getting married to my girlfriend of 18 months around this time next year. She's the only woman I've ever been out with. Yesterday someone I used to get on really well with and asked out once texted me about her own relationship problems, and after I helped her, signed of with 'love you'.

Now I can't stop thinking about her instead.
