My wife is fattening me up
She is a trim, super pretty ** woman, but has always had a thing for feeding me. I have gone from 160 lbs to a big fat 298 and she seems to want to get me even bigger.
I dont mind that my fat turns her on, but its getting hard to move and the fatter I get the more she feeds me. I am blowing up so big I need new clothes every week and I am starting to give in and just let her fatten me up into her personal man pig.
While I admit its ** to see my trim hot ** wife attacted to a now fat pig like me, I am scared if she leaves me.
At one point I had hip problems, couldn’t exercise for 9 months, and got up to 320 pounds. I was in a lot of pain, my joints couldn’t handle the weight. So I went on a keto diet of 1200 calories/day plus 90 minutes/day of rehab exercise. Lost 100 pounds in 8 months and regained my mobility. It was incredibly tough, but necessary.
Yeah, feeling like I’m hitting that point as well. Much as I love being fat, might have to thin up.
You can do it. Ironically, the hardest part is lowering your expectations. Accept your limitations, don’t try to do too much. First month, my goal was just to get to physical therapy and get moving every day. It started with an hour of physical therapy plus 20 minutes of slow walking and 10 minutes light stretching. Increased gradually every week. By second month I could do PT exercises plus 30 minute walks and stretching. High protein diet plus healthy fat (fish) kept hunger at bay. Results came slowly but steadily and pain lessened. Added weights to PT and walking in 3rd month, very light at first, then also gradually increased. After 4th month I was down 50 pounds. Doctor visits can help with blood work to make sure you are on the right track.
How fat were you when you started? We’re you carrying that weight for a while, or did you gain a lot?
Was 320 when I started losing. Had been over 200 for years but gained 90 pounds after a hip injury laid me up for 9 months. Combination of the big gain, injury and muscle atrophy left me barely able to walk.
