The United States of America is also referred to America too. It is a shorten term for the United States. Americans also means people from the United States. America is not just a continent. America is indeed a continent which is why there is both South and North America. Hispanics aren't Americans neither. However the real Americans were indeed the native Americans, the Aztecs, Mesoamericans and the Inuit. However we are also considered Americans too because we are born in this country and continent. Most people after the 1770s are now born in the US. Those born before the 1770s were not American. Yes, the United States should still be referred to America for short. Saying USA or US does not sound right at all. This is the American Nationalists Workers Party. Glory to America and the people!

Using geographic location of the United States, located in North America, would specifically designated the actual location of the country.
Therefore, the USA's name should be:
"The United States of NORTH America"
abbreviated to "USNA"
The Gulf is located below the USNA but it is located to the east of Mexico, on the same plane, therefore the Gulf would retain it's association with Mexico.
Central America retains it's identifier as the bridge between Mexico and South America.
South America retains it's present identifier.
