Tell him that you're not in love yet. He should understand if he loves you. I was in almost the same situation. He told me that he loved me, and I didn't love him yet. He understood when I told him. It meant a lot more later on when I started to love him. Then we started dating like a month later. You should probably start dating if you act like it anyways.
