They're killing me

I work with this strange 18 year old girl. she recently confided in me that shes sleeping with her 38 year old to-be-adoptive-father. if thats not messed up enough i know his 9 month preggo gf. i dont wanna put her into labour, but she has a right to know. wtf do i do.... ?
