You asked for help here in this forum, ask for help where you are. You need to get off those pills, and you may not be able to on your own. Everything else can fall into place, when you're body is rid of the pills. Just go to your parents and tell them.
try to find another way to vent, maybe school activities? or sports? maybe... a boyfriend?
