Addiction
That for the past couple of years since I was 8 or 9 I have masterbated almost every day a couple times a day and I myself am a very devoted Catholic. I have a very strong faith but I have been dealing with this addiction for most of my life by myself and have not been caught or found out by any one. It affects me in almost every aspect of my life, my faith, my hopes, and my school work. This will be the first time that I have told any one this in public. I hope by telling every one this it will be a weight off of my shoulders and a new start for the rest of my life.
I told my wife about my problem after she caught me a couple times. She tries her best to make sure I nut inside her almost every day to keep me from touching myself
I think you should just relax. It is a part of life and growing up. Don't fixate on stopping or doing it. Just try to stop if you want and don't beat yourself up if you can't.
God forgives all sins. Try aversion instead of masterbating try reading your bible first or praying. The bible does say your body is a temple and should be treated as such, but what your doing is better than fornacation. In all things ask god for strength.
