Irritating Mom

I love my Mom dearly, but she can be so irritating. I am 22, yet if I make a joke she says I am being rude, but if she does the same thing and I get mad, I just don't have a sense of humor.
It's like a two-face thing. She has done everything for me to give me a happy life since it is the two of us, but sometimes I feel like she pushes my buttons on purpose just so she can scold me when I react.
