I feel bad because for at least a year now I've been "horribly sick". I've cost my family a lot of money. I've gotten a lot of tests done and even had surgery because im so "sick". I "throw up constantly" and am too "sick" too eat. My mother is convinced i have a wheat allergy. Which means more blood tests coming soon. I've been faking being sick for at least a year now. Its all in my head but I'm the only one that knows and it shall stay that way. Right now, I "have an ear infection".
Munchausens Syndrome.
Mention it to the doc next time and see what they say.

you dont need help, you need to get over yourself. my family are hopelessly finding ways to save money and we do our ** hardest and to find out that your family do that for a s***y person like you makes me sick.
