I still love you...but I don't know you

I confess that I am in love with a boy I've only known for 5 days for almost 3 years now. I don't even know his last name, but I still love him and I miss him.
I hope that one day we will meet each other again and he remember me, but I know it's impossible.
I tried to contact him, but it didn't work.
