I'm in my mid twenties, and I've had

I'm in my mid twenties, and I've had quite a few relationships, but I can honestly say that I do NOT understand guys at all. I can never figure them out. They are so confusing to me. I just want to be happy and married and have a family, but as soon as guys find that out (I DO NOT TELL THEM until we've been dating for about 5 or 6 months) they freak out and run away. OR on the flip side, they'll start telling me they love me after our 2nd date. Yikes... I'm worried that I'm gonna get older and "set in my ways" and then it'll be too hard to start a life with someone.

  • My wife and I spent more time figuring out what kind of dog we want to get compared to us deciding to take the plunge for kids. Reason was, we wanted the dog to be about 3 years old when the child came. That way it wouldn't still be a stupid silly puppy and would behave correctly with a small baby in the house. We dated for 7 years before we got married. Now we've been married for 6 years.
My understanding of men: Don't talk too much, let them hold the remote (it makes them feel more manly I guess, even if you are dictating what you watch), cook really good man food (I.e. meat, potatoes), clean the house, put up with his annoying family (and make all the men wish they had a girl like you), and finally do things only a paid h***** would do for him! There- you just won him over for life!

  • Let time take its course! When your not looking for love...Love will find you! I know that is selfish to say but it happens when you least expect it.

  • Hey we guys can not fiqure you gals out either. LOL
What it all boils down to is this, if you and a guy are together, steady ,for a long period of time, you both will know that you are for each otherif it is right. This can not be pretented.
I can only suggest that you let things unfold, it may take 6 months it may take 12 months, you never know.
You are also quiet young so not to worry about getin older without someone. Hang in there it will happen.
