Im angry at my best friend

My best friend since elementary, has a new best friend she met in 9th grade. They became very close in the past year because I moved high schools. Now, we're going to be juniors. & I moved back to my high school. I'm worried that our friendship won't just pick up where it left off. I feel so abandoned and it comes across that she doesn't care about our friendship. We haven't hung out barely at all the past 6 months. Her new 'bestie' is pretty, popular & they just ALWAYS hang out. What do I do? Move on or try to mend it?
