Most of my internet sessions are 2 shots about 30 minutes apart. Then I might do a few things and come back mid day if I'm not working. Then I'll do it again before the gf gets home, do her at about 4am and do myself again at 6am when I get up. I'm always on the verge of chafing, and have to resist some in order to keep from making a sore. It still aches a lot like a bruised muscle. I can't stop. I pound myself until there's just a drop left when I shoot. It's not healthy because I don't get much else done.
