If you can't duct it ** it. Crazy glue works good on broken things too. Maybe try welding yourself back together. I'm sorry but what parts of your body fell off.
Don't get too bummed out, you're just having a rough time and it will get better. Do something physically stimulating to get those endorphins flowing again. Take a hike, go bike riding or shoot some hoops. I used to get really down on myself and now when I feel that happening I just take a break from life and go walking.
