  • If you can't duct it f*** it. Crazy glue works good on broken things too. Maybe try welding yourself back together. I'm sorry but what parts of your body fell off.

  • Don't get too bummed out, you're just having a rough time and it will get better. Do something physically stimulating to get those endorphins flowing again. Take a hike, go bike riding or shoot some hoops. I used to get really down on myself and now when I feel that happening I just take a break from life and go walking.
