Sometimes,

I compose suicide notes in my head when I'm alone. Occasionally I am tempted to write them. I don't have any urges to self harm or end my life.
Sometimes I wonder if I do this because I'm afraid of losing people close to me, and I am constantly searching for ways to say goodbye. It's sad. It makes me sad.
