I don't want to go to bed right now. I feel very tired but If I go to sleep now I just get up and have to do it all again tomorrow. Not what I want!

My life doesn't really suck compared to others. It's just not what I want.
Maybe it's just my attitude?

  • I've been there. If misery loves company, you can bet that you have a lot of company. I saw this on the "Today Show" this week: meditate for at least five minutes each day to practice being mindful, write down three things that you were thankful for at the end of each day in a journal, do at least one random act of kindness each day for someone else, exercise, and accomplish three goals that you set each day. I actually have been doing some of that anyway and it does help. Good luck!

  • I think I understand how you feel and I'm kinda the same, but I keep my head up & try to enjoy the following day, otherwise I might as well end myself or go out with a bang.
