My Sister

I don't know how to deal with my sister anymore! She's always in a mood about something, never uses any manners when asking for things and thinks the world is against her for some reason. She's very insensitive when she talks to me e.g. She will say things like "you have no friends", "you are lazy" and "I am better than you at everything", and that hurts me as I am quite a sensitive guy. I don't know if it's just me being silly but I really think my sister is growing up to hate me when all I try to do is help her when I can and I don't know what to do. Please help. I would love to hear what anyone thinks of this situation.
