I feel sick in the gut and eat to stop it but feel worse

What the ** is going on I asked my doctor if I could see a dietician and she wouldn't refer me one so I went to a weight loss group and I think i should just start on the diet more.

Next Confession

I really want twins or quads.

  • Why would your doctor refuse to recommend a dietician to you? Are you sure you can't find a nutritionist on your own? Well cleaning out your diet can have a huge impact on your weight and how you feel overall. Start making changes in your diet. Begin to remove the sugar, bread, soda, and processed foods from your diet. Increase the vegetables and proteins. Take a probiotic (like the commenter below) mentioned. It can help. But when you change your diet and begin to eat clean you will notice both the good and bad of how food effects you. You may have a couple of sluggish days or experience headaches initially and that can be from detoxing. But it does go away. And then you'll notice the inflammation going down and feeling less puffy or and gaining some more energy. And you'll see some weight loss as well. I think the most daunting task is figuring out where to start. Don't think of it as a diet, because this has to be a lifestyle change. Look into weight watchers. Or go to your gym and see if a personal trainer can help. Many of them are also certified dietician or nutritionists nowadays and can help you with your goals.
