Chanel 10 kid bullied told to shut up complaining is low

Why are some allowed to complain and people go "oh poor delli struggle, poor this or that" and yet other people victims are told to shut up. I say ignore those people and tell your bully story because being bullied is not fairness! bullies should not win!
