Just need to get this out there
They say you can't dream about yourself dying and wake up. Well I have the past three nights and I'm really shaken. Just posted on here cause I'm kind of the take it on the chin can't be hurt guy in the family. I'm secretly losing it thanks for reading this.
I have had the very same dream many times over the last ten years. I'm looking down at my dead body as I'm rising up out of it ( my soul I guess) . I wake up as I'm trying to pull myself back down into my body. I guess you can die in your dreams.
In your dream how do you die? It could be from stress , it could represent the feeling or need to escape something.
