I can't focus
My Grandad told me chant a common religious mantra in my mind before sleeping. I started doing it and then realized I was doing it in all my free time. Then I found myself chanting it in my mind ALL THE TIME. I can't concentrate on anything I'm reading or studying, because in my mind I'm always saying the mantra and now I can't control it. I don't know what to do.
If you want the mantra to stop, ask Jesus Christ of Nazareth to save you from being controlled by the devil. Ask Him to stop the demons who are tormenting you with this mantra (prayer to demons). Ask Him to forgive you for your sins, and save you so that you can live forever in Heaven with Him after you die. Also ask Him to lead you to a Bible-believing church so that you can grow spiritually in wisdom and knowledge of the gospel (the Truth). God bless you, and may God grant you peace.
Weirdo, there's no reason to believe your Jesus is any different than any other church leader. Use their teachings to learn from or find interesting, but blind faith is really stupid.
