** with my stepbrother

My stepbrother and I are always feeling each other up. During the night my sisters and my 2 stepbrothers come into my room and we all sleep together. Usually my step brother (the main one) sleeps with me while my other siblings sleep alone or with another sibling. It starts as spooning. Then he wraps his arm around me and we tangle our legs together as much as possible. Then his arm (the one around me) goes up and up and he starts to play with my **. Then him other hand grabs my **. We have to do it quietly though because otherwise my siblings will hear us. Then I turn over and he starts to ** me and play with my **. Then I give him a **. Now this has happened a couple of times and that is basically what happens. About 2 months ago we had **. It was bad **. We had to be quiet. It was missionary and boring and it hurt. I did not like it all all. We haven't had ** since.
Last night I gave him a **. My first ever ** too. I have never done it before. I feel like I gave him a piece of me. We were done and we just started to cuddle for about half an hour. Then he leaves. He does this every time. He just leaves. Then the whole day he treats me like ** until the night and we do it and over again.
There are issues though. I mean....
1. He is my stepbrother
2. My best friend likes him or used to
3. If my parents found out...
4. We are both in relationships
This should make me stop. But he was my first and I feel connected to him all the time. I just don't know what to do about it. Do I keep on going with it or do I stop?
