She will be more careful next time

So i posted this under embarrassing but its more hers than mine.
Last night my buddy called me up around 9:30 and asked what i was doing, I replied "just watching tv with the wife" and he asked if i could come over and help him in the garage so of course i said yes.
I got to his house and went straight to the attached garage and he was on the floor under his car with a trouble light cursing under his breath, I leaned down and looked under the car and asked what the problem was, He told me he had decided to drop the motor in that night which i had already offered to help with the next day but his impatience got the better of him, He was having some trouble getting things to line up and so i got on the engine hoist and began helping him.
His phone was laying on the fender and started dinging every couple seconds and he muttered "Is that my wife?", I leaned over and said "Yup". 3 years ago he married a friend of my wifes, They had met at our wedding 4 years earlier about a year after her divorce and finally she told him if he didn't propose soon she was leaving so i guess he decided it was that or die alone and old so he proposed.
She and my wife have been friends forever and i have known her for 9 years, She is nothing special, Short and cute but she has always had a huge pair of ** i have always wondered about and outside of my friend and my wife both telling me they are amazing i have never seen more than just cleavage. His phone dinged a couple more times and he poked his head out and said "Will you go see what the f*&k she wants".
I made sure he was ok with me leaving him there and went to the door, I walked in and the door closed behind me, I kicked off my shoes and went up the stairs to the living room. As i rounded the corner i was greeted by a sight i never would have ever even dreamed i would see. I walked into the living room and all the blinds were closed and the lights were dimmed a bit but i stopped and said 'whao" and put my hands up as if it was a bank robbery, She looked at me and said "What the f*&k".
She was laying on the floor on a blanket, Legs spread, Rubbing herself with a ** and wearing ** clamps, She panicked, Dropped her **, Cupped her huge ** and pulled the clamps off then wrapped the blanket around herself. I had already turned around but not before taking in the whole scene and she said "What are you doing here", I explained and then left to go back to the garage. I started laughing as soon as the door closed and he poked his head out and his eyes got wide as i explained what happened.
He burst out laughing and told me they had been working on getting pregnant and she keeps track of her temperature and somehow that tells her when it is time, He says when her temperature is right that she is like "Ok, Right now" and doesn't take no for an answer, he told me he better go inside and talk to her and i went home, This morning i showed up there and we finished the car up then went inside, No one said anything about it but her face was beet red the whole time until i left an hour ago.
