My first wife had three kids when we got married, all by different men. And although she'd already been married twice, neither of the husbands had fathered any of the children. I thought she was over all that infidelity, but I was wrong. We got divorced after 17 months of marriage.

Sorry you went through that. Sounds like she didn't have a stable life before you met her.
Even if she sincerely wanted to live differently with you, it is difficult for people with poor coping skills and habits to change them so radically so quickly, or at all.

For example, most crime is committed by people with a history of crime. When thieves are faced with a shortage of cash, they naturally resort to what they know, even if they had intended to stop stealing. The violent felon is more apt to lash out violently to deal with his feelings than the average person. They hardly even think about it consciously, it is their learned response to frustration or insults, etc.

A woman with a history of infidelity is very likely to cheat again. Many of them had poor role models. Many of them were abused early in life and have learned to associate love and pleasure with being a "cheap **".

You learned a tough life lesson the hard way. But you are wiser for it at least. And you will get over it and be fine.

If you give her time maybe she will be ready someday .

The reason she doesn't want to is because contrary to what most idiots think, not all white women want to ** black men. I dont care if you think im racist or not, I have no interest in ** a black guy. Nor do any of my friends.

It hasn't been discussed as to whether or not she did want it. It has been something I recently got interested in and wanted to know how to proceed about going forward or even how to broach the subject with her.

Black males in many areas hold what they refer to as "breeding parties", where several of them will invite maybe 4-5 white women or girls on a particular night and bring them in and knock them up. Find a party near you and get your wife invited. She will likely not participate on the first visit, and maybe not even the second. But then, once she's seen how happy the other women and girls are, she will ache for breeding by these men (and believe me, they are real men, not like you). Her appetites will explode and she will not be able to get enough. Not ever. Then be prepared to be cuckolded, humiliated and dominated (the ** will be sexual, personal and financial). You will love every minute of it. But nothing will compare to the joy you will experience when she begins to produce one black baby after another. Your life is about to get incredibly wonderful. You are a very lucky man.
