i've become so jaded, cynical, angry, depressed, and hurt that i don't try anymore at anything and it's nobody's fault but mine. i've been hurt by too many people and used by everyone that i want to be left alone forever.
I know the feeling,but bare in mind that sometimes loneliness becomes more overwhelming and more terrifying than the thought of a new disappointment..I'm not saying give everyone a chance,as there are so many not worhy of it,I'm simply saying don't get too cynical and don't isolate yourself from the rest,not all people are bad,and not all people will hurt you.
Not all people are bad. Just be patient. Maybe there's someone else out there who's like you and you can reach out to them.
