I'm not coping

I've reached rock bottom in my life and I don't want to be here anymore. No one loves me or cares about me. I'm tired of trying and hoping that it gets better. I wish someone actually cared.

  • I dont know who you are or anything about you but people do care about you . in this world today we act as if we dont care about 1 another but then we find ourselfs caring about strangers we here about on the news or the media .. no1 realizes other people care intill they put themself out there.

  • Sorry to hear. Everyone needs someone to love and to love them. I feel that way too. Lonely and unloved. Problem is after a while I cant see love when it is right in front of me.

  • If you are a teen, you are not alone, most teens feel like that from time to time. Teen years are the most boring. Please hang in there and talk with anyone you know who will listen. God brought you here as a gift of love for someone ❤️

  • You are not alone....several times I feel like suicide but don't have gutts to do that....some of us are born to be p*****...accept it life would be easy

  • Please get some professional help. Please. Depression is terrible, but your presence on the planet is good. Take care of yourself.

  • Before you become so dramatic and end up taking drastic measures can you please do something for me and yourself? Please try and supplement your vitamins and minerals..if your overweight try losing some weight or at least do some daily exercise. There is plenty of evidence to suggest that certain vitamins and mineral deficiencies contribute towards depression as with lack of exercise and what a waste of life it would be if you were to top yourself just because you were lacking in a vitamin? Seriously, I have suffered depression before and once I started exercising and eating a balanced diet it disappeared..also you neeed to stop dwelling on negative thinking. Either combat it with positive or if you. Can't do that just go and do something that will take your mind off of it. The less you cultivate such thinking the better your outlook will be.
