Hungover doing phone conferences
The loser company I'm done working with never knew that most phone conferences and legal proceedings that I did for them were done either hung over, or, still foggy-headed and drunk from the night before. I'm not talking just tired or not enough sleep; I mean hard-** headache hung over, computer screen making it worse, and the phone on mute while I threw advil after advil down my throat. Sometimes, too, in my hung over, combative mood, I had no patience for questions, and would answer them as if picking a fight.
Now that I'm done working with them, I feel good that I didn't give them my all every day. They didn't pay on time, understand what the job really was, and were run by a ** business woman with a power complex. I feel like telling her, hey..Any idea how ** hung over I was during 80% of the work I did for you?
