My ** is really sensitive

My left ** is really sensitive, like, as much or even more than the other thing. Righty is a bit meh. I'm male by the way.

It's been that way since before I was sexually aware. I told my dad about it at that age and he didn't know what to say haha.

Now I don't ** without rubbing it. ** are at least 4 times better doing it.

Is that normal? I only see short little sentences on the internet how some like to play with them. And they're usually gay. I should say that doing it without licking my finger kinda hurts. Kinda gross saying that part haha.
