High school **
In my PE lessons at high school there was a fat girl who would always sit cross-legged in her short PE skirt and not realise she was showing off her white knickers. I used to always make sure I got a good look up her skirt in every lesson and she never noticed.
My 16 yr old daughter mentioned that one of her high school friends stood at her locker this morning and whispered, "I forgot to wear ** today!" They go to a private school, and girls wear mid-thigh uniform skirts.
She said the girl, made sure that a couple of boys nearby might have heard.

I was a guest speaker in a couple of classes in private schools - and I know from experience that ,while sitting down at the student's level - male teachers must be hard pressed not to dwell on all the ** shots these teens are providing every day! I saw for a fact that most of the girls were wearing **, not shorts, under their skirts.
Yep, definitely some girls love getting the attention and getting off on it. Although I prefer to see knickers under a girl's skirt rather than her bare ** etc.
So your interested in girls that's ok nothing wrong, if anther girl is showing her knickers she is aware of it, i had the same experience except i was the one showing my knickers because it turned me when another girl looking up my skirt i made it obvious i knew and opened my legs wide for her and gave her a big smile, she returned the favour, next time in the changing room i exposed my ** and she copied, we became more than friends, i continued showing myself to other girls a lot of the time they did the favour, some were shocked

When I was in high school back in the 1980s all the girls wore short sports skirts and they wore sports briefs under them. It's just what they wore. I think old men look back as if it's some sexual thing but the girls these days wear bike pants and they are not much different from the sports briefs.
Most of the girls wore shorts under their skirts in my classes, but this one girl never did, just her ordinary big white knickers.
