How are they so good at it.

As a mid 40's single woman who has been on the market for 5 years I have been propositioned for almost every imaginable scenario and quite often from people I know and strangers on dating sits but have never really ventured too far from a straight girl/guy interaction until the other night. A very close friend who I have known for close to 30 years made a pass at me in the hot tub at their place, It was surprising and caught me off guard because I had never pictured her as being overly adventurous.
I had mentioned to her some of the offers I had received and she always seemed interested in a living vicariously through me sort of way, Her husband had left to get some ice and I don't know if it was planned ahead of time or not but she asked about any recent stuff and I had been strongly propositioned by another woman, She was quite interested and I showed her some of the conversation and pics, I had played along at one point and told her maybe I would consider something down the road and I was genuine about that and had sent her 1 pic, 1 only and it was a little graphic (I may have been drunk and **) and Krystal looked at it, Looked at me and said "Missy...Sheesh", I giggled and said "I know, I know", She said "You're ok with her having a picture of you...(And turned my phone sideways), Ahem...Dildoing?".
At that moment I had a bit of a wave of embarrassment roll over me, I said "I don't know...Who is she ever going to tell?", She looked at my phone and at me and then pulled my top out and looked in it, She said "Why are your ** way nicer than mine? We both have 3 kids", I giggled again and said "Good genes I guess" and then it happened. Krys leaned in and kissed me, I kissed back and then she slid my bikini top up and cupped my **. I pulled back and said "Wheeewww...Krys...Oh boy". She smiled sheepishly and said "I never knew you might be...Ya know...Up for something", I said "Oh Krys, I honestly don't know if I would, I was just messing around with her with some pictures".
We did talk for a few minutes and she kept touching me here and there and then looked around and said "Can I touch...ya know (pointing down with her eyes) before Mark comes back?", I laughed nervously and said "Krys...Oh my gosh...Ok, Just quick" and she just went for it, Hand right down my bottoms and I knew I was wet down there and not from water, She gave a rub and I rotated my hips a little ad WHOOP!!!! Middle ** right in me. I almost came, Like no bull I grunted and felt it start and pulled her ** out. I sat there looking at her breathing heavy and we started kissing.
We were mid makeout and had both our tops up and she looked up, Smiled and kept kissing me, I knew Mike was there and didn't even care. He slid into the hot tub behind her, Undid her top then reached around us both and undid mine and they were off. My hands, Krys's hands, Mike's hands and we were going, Krys is exceptionally pretty but has not great ** by all accounts, We moved to the bedroom and Krys got on top of me while we made out then she worked her way down my body with her lips and tongue, Neck, Cleavage with a brief but intense stop over at each nip, Chest, Stomach, Pelvis, Down the left inner thigh, Back up the right one and pulled my bikini aside and...BAM....
OMG!!! We all chuckled a bit, I was ushered to the door after cleaning up and dressing and then Mike drove me home, Totally normal conversation, Totally cool, He gave me a small peck on the lips when I leaned in for a hug and then I got out of the car, I have been mulling it over in my mind and are they just naturally good at it or have they done it before...Krys says it was a first but...I don't know.
