Do I say anything?
My sister left her laptop at my house and called me later to ask me to check something, She said "I don't want to leave the house, I'll grab it tomorrow so she gave me her password and what I found is a bit...unnerving. I know I shouldn't have looked at her private files but had I not I would have never found what I did.
Right on the desk top was a file, It was just right there, the only one and it was just right in my face, I had to open it. My sister lived with us from the time she was 14 until 6 month ago, She is now 20 and I found files from 5 years ago that were a little disturbing, She apparently had a bit of a crush on my husband for a while, Uuuuhhhh....She used to spy on him and us and has video and pictures. She also has videos of her pleasuring herself to said pics and videos. There was nothing newer than about 2 years ago but what do I do, Do I just delete the file or leave it? Do I say anything or just pretend it ever happened, She is obviously over it but seeing her pleasure herself to video of me and him or just him and sometimes in our bed was slightly disturbing.

Keep your mouth shut.... She directed you to go somewhere specific, and simply trusted you to do so. You violated her trust in going elsewhere on her computer. Zero is going to come out of it if you bring it up to her.
