I think i am going crazy
I always freak out over stupid things and sometimes make my wife of 20 year cry, i do not mean it and after i say it i hate myself, I sometimes think shes has an affair because she has to travel for the Company She owns part of,and she Loves me to no end but i get these crazy thoughts and they get out of control,I feel i Might lose her one Day because of me always accusing her, I started to micro dose shrooms they worked for a week but this week she's gone and i had a meltdown
