Everything I ate today

This morning I had a couple of pancakes with syrup and butter on them with milk. They were delicious. For lunch, I had burbon salmon on a salad with raspberry walnut dressing, sliced strawberries and crunchy wasabi wanton things with a glass of milk. Later, I had 2 more (small) pancakes. For dinner I had 2 slices of homemade banana bread with pecans. Throughout the day I snacked on fresh strawberries and croutons.

I probably had some other stuff too, but I can't even remember now!

  • You didn't eat nearly the correct or healthy amount of calories sufficient to sustain the average person's daily energy output. Instead of trying to impress a bunch of nobody's with some super-cool-sounding menu, instead perhaps, you can learn how to actually eat healthy. Your pancakes were no doubt made with BLEACHED white flour, unhealthy for a myriad of reasons. Also, you covered it with, basically, high fructose corn syrup, and high-fat butter. Unless your milk was organic, it's f****** nasty. Your lunch salad was okay, check the ingredients on your dressing. And if your produce isn't organic, or from a local farm that can promise limited or no use of pesticides, you might as well suck the oil that drips from your car. Again, more nasty ass pancakes.

    So, you cam nowhere near your necessary daily intake of protein, carbs (GOOD carbs, not sugar), dairy, fruit, vegetables, grains, healthy fats, etc.

    You are a poor, misinformed consumer. Good luck to you.
