Single occupancy toilet

My family and I was out for the day and we stopped of for some lunch at a little restaurant in town.
After a while I need to pee so I excused myself to look for the gents loos.
One of my daughters friends said they needed to go too so of we went to find them. We had to ask someone where they were. The waitresses took as down some stairs to a little hallway and said just there.
Turns out it was a little single room with just a urinal in the corner at a angel and a toilet on the wall next to with a sink the other side.
Hannah said she was scared to go in alone and took my hand and asked to go in with her.
She said we may aswell go together anyway I could us the urinal while she pees to save time.
I didn't think to much about as I've known her since she was young and had too take her and my daughters before.
As I was peeing i noticed she could see my ** because of the position of the toilet and urinal and as see was talking to me I would look over to respond to. She ratcheted out for some paper to use but noticed it was next to me me to pass her some. As did she stood up, took the paper wiped.
I found out a few weeks later from my wife the girls planned it.
