My middle aged wife had a very close but 15 years younger colleague/friend who spent a lot of time at our home, they drank wine, watched tv shows and generally laughed themselves silly night after night. I worked away a lot and appreciated that she had someone to keep her company. One night when I was home my wife went to bed early after one too many wines, her friend let me know that she was disappointed to be sleeping in the spare room as she had slept in my bed most other nights. One night they played truth or dare and my wife dared the friend to touch her **, this quickly led to kissing, touching and ultimately a night of intimacy, which became a regular event. I was surprised as my wife had always made homophobic comments, but it rang so true and her descriptions of my wife’s body and likes were too true. I enjoyed hearing all the detail as she and I formed our own arrangement together over the past 12 years without my wife ever knowing I knew her secret or that we shared a lover.
