Barefoot and Pregnant

I find women who are barefoot and pregnant to be VERY **. I would love to knock up a woman and keep her barefoot and pregnant for years to come. Of course I wouldn't make her do all the housework, as I'd help, too. I just want to see her waddle around barefoot and pregnant.
