Husband's Evil Ex-Wife

I have been trying to get my stepson put into a residential home for about two months now because his mother is a lazy ** and won't recognize she's harming rather than helping her son. My stepson is 23, but has an IQ of 34. So he's about the equivalent of a 6 year old. He's babied, under developed, and has been "suicidal" for two years. He needs help. Not to sleep all day and eat all night, sleeping in between that. His dad and I have no say because he wants to stay with mommy. It's so bad he came to our house, ** his bed and pants, and said he knew to get up he just didn't want to. I even went so far as to say I don't want to go out in public with him until he gets help or goes to a place that will let him live a decent life. Because his lazy mother can't take care of him, I've taken it upon myself to turn her into adult protective services. I will do it again too if she screws up again.
