Go into any public vicinity and knock out all the men in the room and then reassure the women you aren’t going to ** them and that they are free to go, then you yourself leave promptly once all the males are incapacitated. Do not let any of the women from that place follow you out or go with you, they will guaranteeably betray you. Leave alone and do not touch the women. Repeat until the population’s ratio has significantly improved. While you’re at it, prioritize the rapists as targets and murder them. The women are scared to reveal who these men are, so you must be vigilant and enlist the help of prostitutes to lure the rapists for you to kill. Be efficient, it’s not fun to take out the trash but the trash gotta get took so the fun can be had afterwards, consensually.
