Ok this story happened in the Atlanta Ga area.
This woman who had a teenage son from a previous marriage remarried. The boy and her new husband got along at first.
The woman got sick. She went to the doctor and was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She eventually died leaving the boy and her husband in the same house.
The man started sexually molesting the boy. Forcing him to perform ** and to submit to ** **. The man also performed oral ** on the 15 year old boy. One day the boy shot him to death. He was taken to court and his defence lawyer said the killing was in self defence. The man was much larger than the boy and was able to intimidate him and over power him. A physical examination of the boy revealed much damage to his **.
The jury was hung for seveal days. Eventually they agreed the boy acted in self defence but its my guess they didn't care if the kids ** had been murdered or not.
The boy was released declared innocent.
