WalgreensListens was down so I called the 800 Customer Service #

Had a Chelsea Handler video streaming on youtube. Someone rang my doorbell and then immediately began knocking. I was expecting someone about 20 minutes later, so was hesitant to open the door in my robe to someone I didn't know.
I got up and pulled back the privacy curtain to see a slender male older teen or person likely in their 20s, backing their black bicycle up to the brick walkway, indicating he's biked under the overhang to the front door. He was wearing all black, with white fabric strip on the underside of the sleeves of his black coat. He had a very full large black backpack on his back. I called out hello through the door and it seemed he did not hear me. I think he had a hood on. Perhaps he had ear buds in; I don't know since I could not make out his face at all from my angle behind the cut glass opening in the door. He took a right turn when he got to the mailbox and headed in the direction of the cul-de-sac.
Yesterday I left suggestions w/ 800# Walgreens Customer Service Agent and can't be sure it wasn't a worker from the pharmacy harassing me at my home. Very strange.
