My brief interaction with a little Hasidic Jewish girl
She was baby sitting her toddler brothers. I knew her mother as we worked together. I decided to say something nice to this kid.
I walked over to her and told her I was amazed at how sooon her littlel brothers were walking. She then praised her little brothers agreeing with me as to how soon they were on their feet.
I said I'll tell you about someone else who is amazing. You are. Here you are tending to your little brothers like a great sister would. You have a sweet smile and you are a fine little girl.
She was embarrassed so to end her discomfort I walked away. Later on her father was in the same area and the little girl saw me and again she looked embarrassed but she was smiling. Her father introduced himself and after a brief pleasant exchange of words we went our separate ways.
At the time I spoke to the child I felt she needed a positive experience with someone outside her community, religion and experience.
Hasidic Jews are not supposed to interact with goyim like OP.
The ones I know do. This family did.
