I cheated on my boyfriend... We have been dating 11 months and I went over to my ex boyfriends house and he made a move and I relized I still have feelings and I can't tell my current boyfriend because their friends and the bad thing is.. I would do it again

Lol, you "have feelings" for him. Translation: I don't like monogamy. Reality: You will always want what you don't have, so no need to romanticize it to make yourself feel better that you want to get railed by more than one guy.
Tell your current boyfriend what happened. It's not fair to him that you cheated and he doesn't get to make the choice of whether to stay or not. You should have left your exs house after you realized the situation was turning for the worse, went home and left your current boyfriend! Don't get with anyone if you have feelings for someone else! It's hurtful to the person caught in the middle of your drama.
