    • I'm the same person who made the first comment. I too think exercise is a great way to fight the urge to cut, I go to the gym 4-6 times a week for that vary reason

    • Hey congrats i done it for years and could never stop. But ever since i realised life is worth more then doing something like that. So when im upset annoyed or down i go workout its all about refocusing your energy and point of few :) Keep up the good work :D

    • Good luck! I started cutting almost a decade ago, I've gone years without cutting a single time, but as soon as I relapsed once I started cutting again. I hope you acknowledge cutting is an addiction and treat it as such
