What I want (The Simplicities)
What I want:
I want to inspire people to be pretty.
I want to inspire people to speak up and challenge others’ opinions for a better understanding.
I want to make a difference in people’s lives so that when I look back at them, my handiwork is apparent, and I am content.
Even if I am not acknowledged, I want to compose a tune or quote a line or make an entrance, and leave a good impression for the future generations.
I want to act in such a way that others will be inspired to do the same, and say, “I want to be like that girl”, or, “That girl is actually cool”.
I want to change a person’s life for God.
I want to show people how to wear their inner selves instead of their public masks, and not be afraid of the populace. To just be themselves.
I want to be the anonymous person that saves someone’s life.
I want to change someone’s worldview.
I want to be the kind of overlooked person that is never understood while alive, but is finally realized to be absolutely brilliant 500 years after she is dead.
I want to be the kind of person that can smile no matter what.
I want to be the kind of person people can rely on
I want to be the kind of friend that is always there for people, that never gives up on them and always encourages them until the end.
I want to be the kind of person you meet at the Supermarket on a Thursday evening, when you don’t think that you can handle any more stupid in your life. In that instant, I want to be your sunshine on your cloudy day; I want to be the person who tells you that everything will be alright when your life is coming down around your shoulders.
