I always have this thought....

Hy would they the keyboard where you have to use shift for a question mark. No doubt ? is used more often than / so why not just make it the other way around?

  • i was using the virtual keyboard and for some reason didnt notice it came out like that it is "why would they make the keyboard...."

  • actually when the qwerty keyboard was originally ported to computers the average user was expected to use it for coding and other related tasks, and the / was used significantly more than the ?. Only in the last 15 years or so with the rise in popularity of the internet has the ? become more important, but like many things the keyboard is almost never updated or changed except in peripheral ways.
